I currently work with adults, adolescents and university students. Some of the issues brought to me are depression, anxiety and stress, relationship problems, alcohol issues, panic attacks, work related issues, teenage anxiety, eating disorders, bullying, childhood neglect and sexual abuse, suicidal feelings and loneliness.
Whether you are suffering as a result of a recent event or an experience from your past I believe talking within a confidential and non-judgemental environment can be beneficial.
For counselling to be effective we need to be sure we can work together. An initial appointment will give you an opportunity to meet me, discuss expectations and find out whether you feel counselling might be of help to you. I offer one to one, couples and small group counselling. The cost is £25 per session one to one and £40 for a couple.
